When you submit our valuation request form, we collect your full name, email address, and Spotify artist profile URL. We do not collect any payment information, and we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to contact you regarding your catalog valuation request. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except where required to process your request or comply with legal obligations.

4. Who we share your information with

Your submission is received by the Valufy founding team only. We use Resend to process and deliver email notifications. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam. Neither service retains your personal data beyond what is necessary to deliver these functions.

5. How long we keep your information

We retain your contact details for as long as necessary to manage your valuation request and any subsequent communication. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at lloyd@valufy.com and we will remove it within 30 days.

6. Your rights

If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at lloyd@valufy.com.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. Our website uses HTTPS encryption and form submissions are processed via secure API routes.
